Solutions for roasters and cafes

The Cup to Crop Project is a daughter of Plate to Paddock.


It came as a response to a need of coffee roasters and cafes to find a solution for their chaff, beans and spent grinds.


What would normally be collected in garbage bags and sent to landfill, is now being
compressed in reusable bags for use as chicken bedding and mulch. A 3m3 bin has been reduced to a 240 litre – saving space and massive collection costs


Cafes and businesses can now take advantage of having their grinds collected and put to beneficial use.
